CHINJAOROUSU

Today, I wanted to have a meat! and have something spicy. I can't have something spicy to eat usually. But I wanted to have something spicy to eat today! So I decided to make CHINJAOROUSU. I had some pimientos in a fridge so went to the KYOTOfamily to buy a meat. When I arrived apartment and started to make CHINJAOROUSU, I recalled I forgot buying a red pepper! It is very inportant for me. So I went to KYOTOfamily again to buy it.
CHINJAOROUSU has meats, pimientos, bamboo shoots, paprika and garlic. But this time, I made it  only meats and pimientos. It is good for my wallet!
First, I prepared soy sauce (1 small tablespoon).  I cut meat and pimientos. And I mixed the meats and soy sauce. Next, I put sesame oil in a frying pan and heat it. I mixed the meats with katakuriko (2 tablespoon). After that, I put the meats into a frying a pan and fried it. And I added pimientos into it. Finally, I put soy sauce (1/2 tablespoons), sugar (1 tablespoon) and oyster sauce (1 tablespoon) into it.

It's convenient to use a steamer!

I bought a tramer at aeon mall befor because I was told that it is convenient for you to use a stamer by my mother. So this time I used it and made a dish for dinner today. I tried to make a dish with pimiento and meat. I don't know that name in English. But you know the dish when you look a picture.
I had two onions and  two carrots in fridge so used them all. First, I chopped onions and carrots into mince. It was not easy for me to cut onions without tears. So I used tissues a lot when I choped them into mince. And I mixed them with meat and mixed katakuriko with them. Next, I cut two pimiento in half each. And I put meat mixed with onions, carrots and katakuriko into pimientos. After that, I put them into Microwave steamer and steamed them for 8 minutes. After steaming them, I spreaded catchup on them.
I tried to make the dish for the first time. But I made it well! It was very good. So I am very happy.

Marinaded Eggplants, Tomato and Garlic

Today was very hot! So I wanted to have a cold dish. I was told that Eggplants makes me cold by my mother before so  researched recipes about Eggplants on Internet. I found a recipe. It is Marinaded Eggplants, Tomato and Garlic. It looks hot, but actually it is cold. It is easy to make it! You need an eggplants, a tomato, garlic (suitable amount), olive oil (two tablespoons), vinegar (two tablespoons) and salt and pepper (suiable amount). First, you chop up an eggplant and  a tomato you can eat easily. If you want to use small tomatos, you can use it. And you chop a garlic into mince. Next, you put olive oil into a frying pan, then put garlic into it and fry it till color of garlic becomes yellow. Third, you put olive oil, vinegar and salt and pepper into a bowl and mix them. Finally, you add eggplants, tomatos and garlic into a bowl and mix together. It is better to cool it well in the fridge! You can put basil or parsley on it as a decoration! It matches rice and you have appetite!

Banana cake!

Today was a holiday! So I wanted to make something to eat for afternoon tea. I researched recipes about sweets on Internet. I found one! It was a Banana cake! It looked so good that I decided to make it soon. It is easy to make it! You need two or three eggs, sugar (50g), milk (140ml), saladaoil (two tablespoons), cocoa powder (two tablespoons), pancake mix (200g) and a banana. First, you mix eggs, sugar, milk and saladaoil and mix cocoa powder and pancake mix. Next, you spread butter lightly  inside an iron and  put sliced banana into it. And you pour dough of cake (mixed eggs, sugar, milk and saladaoil, cocoa power and pancake mix) into it. You need to let the air out of  dough of cake. Finally, you push a button (Polished rice mode)! I used two eggs this time. But if you use three eggs, the cake became more softer. And I mixed cocoa powder this time. But if you want to make different taste, you can mix different powder such as green tea and coffee etc. I recommend you to eat the cake with green tea. It matchs the cake well.

PePe soup!

I have been studying the voice, volume, speed and pitch for presentation in English Seminar. And I have to presentation with my HUYUKA next week! We are decided a country for presentation by Mr.Kevin. It was Ivory Coast! Ivory Coast...? I thought 'Where is that!?'. I didn't have incentive to present about the country first. So I tried to search for foods in the country to take an interest in the country. Then, I found popular foods includes soup. For example, Futu, Pranten and PePe soup. Futu is made by rice, corn, yamupotato, banana and kyassaba. This is like rice or bread. Pranten is fried banana. This taste is not sweet, so people in the country have it with fish and tomato sauce. PePe soup is bouillabaisse (streamed a fish, tomatoes and vegetables).I took an interest in foods and I thought I want to make one of them!,  so I searched recipes for them from KOOK PAD and decided to make PePe soup!  I went to supermarket to buy some ingredients for it at once.  I bought tomatoes. eggplants, green peppers etc. At 5:00, I started making PePe soup and finished making it at five to seven. It was easy for me to make it. It tastes great! but  little bit spicy. I like it! Now, I'm interested in Ivory Coast, so I hang on preparing for presentation next week!
